The Honourable Anne McLellan – Former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, Canada’s first Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and Chair of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation.

Ms. McLellan unveiled her task force’s framework to end the prohibition of cannabis in December 2016. Canada will be the first G-20 country to legalize and regulate cannabis at the national level.
